Join us for an evening of warmth, wit, and swing as Ten Chimneys Foundation welcomes back home the celebrated husband and wife pair, often compared to the Lunts for their own sense of style and passion and grace, Eric Comstock and Barbara Fasano, for our intimate program, Music in the Drawing Room. The duo will perform A Room with a View: Songs in the Key of Spring, a contemporary approach to the Classic American Songbook.
One weekend a year since 2006, Ten Chimneys Foundation has welcomed a nationally renowned cabaret artist for an evening of music in the Lunts' mural-filled Drawing Room, the same space where the Lunts’ guests, the likes of Katharine Hepburn, Helen Hayes, and Laurence Olivier, were entertained by the sounds of the Noël Coward Piano.
Two Nights Only - April 12th and 13th
6:00pm and 8:30pm performances in the Lunts' Historic Drawing Room
All tickets are $100 and reservations are required
Seating is limited for these very special evenings, so do ring us soon to reserve your place. To reserve, call: (262) 968-4110.
In the sparkling tradition of the Lunts, a champagne toast in the Drawing Room will begin each performance.
While Ms. Fasano and Mr. Comstock (both MAC, Bistro, and New York Nightlife Award winners) have been compared to Fred and Ginger, as well as Lunt and Fontanne, the "golden couple's" style is all their own, with a wide range of material that brings the generations together. Whether the song is by Cole Porter or Paul Simon, Duke Ellington or Joni Mitchell, they make it fresh and new. Come escape into the Romance of Spring with the duo The New York Times praised as "Exhilirating!" and "the new fun couple on the block."
